ROOM DISTRIBUTIONS
In this part we explain the different chair and table arrangements in our rooms.
This usually depends on the number of participants and the level of interaction between the speaker and attendants or between the attendants themselves.
Banquet Shape
8 pax round tables are use for this room distribution.
Ideal for celebrations, formal dinners and corporate lunches.A presidential table is optional.
Classroom shape
As in a school room, rows of tables are distributed towards a presidential table were the speaker is located.
It is specially used for training sessions were notes and handouts are required and there is little interaction between attendants.
Theatre Shape
Rows of chairs are located in the room towards the speaker spot.
This setting is commonly used for presentations and conferences where people don’t have to take notes. It allows a big number of delegates.
U shape
Certain amount of tables are placed forming a U. One table is places in the open part.
This distribution is ideal for training seasons with lots of interaction between attendants. Not recommended for more than 25 people.
Cabaret
Similar to banquet, only using half of the table. Attendants face one side of the room where a stage is located.
This distribution was originaly used for shows where a dinner is served. Nowadays it is frequently used for training sessions where small group interaction is needed.
Boardroom
A big rectangular table is placed in the middle of the room. Attendants are seated around the table.
This distribution denotes equal weight between attendants. It is therefore useful to discuss matters.
Imperial
Similar to the boardroom but with a meal served. Decoration depends on events impact importance.
Cocktail
This is a setting without chairs. A few tables are placed to help with food and drink service. It is commonly used for informal presentations and shows.
A cocktail service or a finger buffet is normally used to enhance the visitors experience.
CATERING SERVICES
Not only a need but an oportunity to cause a long nice impression to the delegates.
Choosing correctly the catering option allows a dinamic and succesfull event.
Working Lunch
It is served in a dedicated venue. Menu options should be light and the service should be quick.
Delegates are served in the table. This service option allows interaction between delegates, helps rest and created a good overall impresion.

People stand in the room and waiters offer food and beverages on trays.
This service is ideal for presentations and as a culmination at the end of a multiday event to make a good lasting impresion.
Coffee Break
Short break that takes place during the morning or evening session.
Light food options is usually served with a coffee or tea.
It helps continuing with the seasson as delegates tend to have that extra needed burst.
